European Fair for Cultural Heritage, Conservation and Urban Renewal: since its first showing in 1994, this specialist forum has remained without equal worldwide in the universality of its coverage, distinguishing itself with increasing success as Europe's keynote fair for every aspect of heritage conservation, restoration and urban renewal.

The European Heritage Network (HEREIN) is a permanent information system of the COUNCIL OF EUROPE, linking European governmental departments responsible for cultural heritage conservation. The Network is currently composed of administrations and/or mandated bodies from 25 countries. For some of them, the information is in preparation and will be integrated into the databank during the first quarter of 2003.

2004 saw the eigth edition of the Venice-based Cultural Property and Activities Show (Salone dei beni e delle attività culturali). The show is an important gathering of the bodies, cultural institutes and businesses that
