THE CLASSIC MODERN STYLE
Sometimes bringing some effects together with others results in giving a modern effect. It is the case of those environments where the floors and walls are made using warm colours, furnishings and other accessories of modern taste. Today, thanks to wide supply, members of different classes/generations are following this style. The common benefits are: durability (interiors conceived to remain in for a long time, in this way they are less likely to be changed by fluctuating fashion), identity (expressed through the freedom of combining antique feelings with modern elements), functionality and ability to accommodate, the latter intended as complementary values.

Co-ordinated collections often appeal to groups that use them with a broad freedom of interpretation, even if the design approach in this case is rarely intended in philological terms (which is more diffused among the users of the classic style). In this case, the offers re-proposing decoration/finishing of the past has a certain profile. These are often used in creating a joyous and clear multi-colour contrast with respect to furnishings. This kind of consumer seems particularly sensitive towards good quality before/after-sale services supplied by manufacturers. This is particularly relevant with respect to the availability of information, advising on how to use the tiles, on possible substitutions, availability of stocks, etc. With respect to the protection of the environment, given the heterogeneity of users following this style, it is impossible to generalise their behaviour. However, it is logical to produce a hypothesis with respect to eco-friendliness, as this concept is considered as a value associated to quality and durability of the product.
